For 28 years, the Ottawa Fringe has been a vibrant playground for artists from around the globe. Since 1997, we’ve returned over $2 million into independent creators. In 2024, we proudly returned $190,000 to artists and presented 350 performances.

Our commitment to diversifying our programming has expanded through free community events, incorporating bilingual programming at the undercurrents festival, and development opportunities for local artists through mentorship and residency.

As we continue to build strong relationships with our community, partners, and patrons, the Fringe remains a dynamic hub for everything that is fresh, unique, and delightfully unconventional.
